Thoughts:
First, lets say its good to be back in the water.  It’s been a long time.  Many adventures, fun times, sad times and new dreams.  There have been triumphs and amazing life improvements too, so I am truly blessed.  Yep, life happened.
But to see old friends (and meet some new ones), set the dive mix on the computer, don the dive gear, put my head under the waves and suddenly feel the peace….ahhh nothing like it.Capt. Gabby took us to Pumpkin Patch Wall (I am sure they used to call it Heineken Wall, I could be wrong. I promise to check into that and update this) She is amazing and keeps a well run dive boat.  As, I mentioned above, it has been a long time since I was in the water, well diving anyway.  So maybe that is why it felt so good.  We will talk more later on dive gear prep. We could do a whole video on that. However, the time spent checking gear is always important and everything worked well.  The wall was beautiful, a little murky, but that is expected this time of the year.  No Jellies yet for those of you that are wondering.  I did bring a hoodie and cream just in case.  I hope the pictures do it justice and will get round to posting the videos on you tube.  A special thank you to my dive buddy.  Not only did he give me a unique perspective on American politics, but we talked guitars as well, and I got to brag about my son.GEAR UPDATE:
I am diving with the DJI Action Pro 5 for the first time.  So there is no external lighting.  I have been using the camera for my interviews and aircraft walk-arounds for about a year now, but haven’t had the chance to test it at depth.  It was bugging me as it has a dive photo option.  It says it has a IP68 rating for 20m underwater use, but I chose to put it in this case just to be safe.  The links go Amazon and we get paid a small commission if you choose to buy one.

I will keep you posted on my thoughts.
