| Today’s second dive was definitely a lot bumpier at the surface. A couple divers skipped the dive for various reasons – flights to catch the next day and not feeling well. Again, this showed the awareness and skill set of this group. It is important to know what limitations you have when flying and the wisdom (confidence) to not do things (even in a group scenario) when you do not feel up to something. I learnt a lot from this dive group.
The dive was beautiful. Mikes reef, although surrounded by 3 ship wrecks, is enough of an attraction itself. The colours of the sponges and the diverse marine life make it “must” dive. |
